Police have said that the M20 slip road at Ashford has reopened following a 'rolling road-block' earlier this afternoon.

Motorists had been advised to seek alternative routes following a reported closure of the Junction 9 London-bound entry slip.

It had been reported by highways authorities as being "police-led" and due to a "medical emergency".

Officers have now reopened the busy slip road, a police spokesman said.
