Buses have replaced trains on a Kent route after a landslip further down the tracks.
The collapse happened in Rye this morning and has meant journeys between Hastings and Ashford International are cancelled.
Passengers can use their tickets on Southeastern services between Hastings and London and between Ashford International and London, not including high-speed services.
The disruption is expected to last until 3pm today.
A Network Rail spokesperson said: “Services that run between Hastings and Ashford International will be cancelled, due to a landslip between Ore and Rye.
“Network Rail colleagues are currently on site and investigating the landslip, and specialist teams have also been requested to attend.”
