Two men have been arrested and hundreds of cannabis plants seized during a drugs raid.

Police officers carried out a pre-planned raid at an industrial unit in Ashford yesterday.

More than 300 mature cannabis plants were seized during the raid in Mace lane at around 4pm.

Two men aged 20 and 26 were arrested at the scene on suspicion of drugs offences.

They both remain in police custody whilst detectives continue to carry out their inquiries.
