A shocking video has emerged of a car spinning out of control on a roundabout in Ashford.

The dashcam footage was captured on the roundabout which crosses Avenue Jacques Faucheux, and leads to Newtown.

The clip shows a Volkswagen moving around the roundabout at speed, spinning out of control and facing in the opposite direction.

The car then skids to a halt and the driver exits the roundabout towards Ashford International Station.

The video was posted on the Idiot UK Drivers Exposed Facebook page and has been viewed by more than 48,000 people.
