Police have seized a car and arrested the driver.

Officers noticed the vehicle being driven by a man travelling slowly down the M20 towards Ashford.

Checks showed the vehicle was only insured for a female driver.

When they stopped the car, they said they were astounded to find the driver, dressed in his best suit, had literally just left court after being banned from driving for a previous offence.
