Charlie Brisley ran the show at Sunday's Ashford & District 10k.

The Invicta East Kent athlete beat Adrian Mussett to victory, with Harrison Tremain completing the top three.

Folkestone Running Club's Nikki Goodwin took the honours in the ladies' race, ahead of Laura Archer in second and Kerstin Sung in third.
