Mike Coleman claimed his second Kent 10km road race title in winning the Ashford 10k event on Sunday in a commanding 30:58

Second was Blackheath and Bromley's Peter Tucker with 32:24 holding off former teammate Jamie Atkinson who was third with 33:01.

Last year's winner Andy Welch of Ashford AC was fourth clocking 33:05.

The women's county title went to Tina Oldershaw of Paddock wood with 37:00 but the race was won by Jess Trowbridge of Gateshead Harriers in 36:56.

Third overall taking the county silver was Helena Penfold of Medway and Maidstone with 37:37 with Folkestone Running Club's Helen Wheeler winning bronze with 39:00.
