With Ashford Wheelers time trial season about to get under way it has already been a busy start for trike rider Andrew Nye.

Nye is now leading the tricycle Association’s Tricycle League Points competition, 10 points clear of second place after four counting events.

He finished equal fifth last season.

Andy Branson rode the Tonbridge Cycling Club’s 10-mile TT on the Lenham to Charing Q10-22 course posting a very good early season time of 24:49.

Group rides for all club members of all abilities are held every other Sunday.

The club evening time trials start this week. Members are reminded to help with these events to ensure the correct marshals are in place to run the event safely.
