Police and ambulance called to car crash in Erith Road, Bexleyheath

A car has flipped on a busy road causing delays.

Police and ambulance services are currently at the scene in Erith Road, Bexleyheath near Bursted Woods.

It is thought to have happened at 1.45pm
Damage to a pedestrian crossing can be seen

It is thought the vehicle collided with a barrier at a pedestrian crossing and flipped on to its side at around 1.45pm.

A witness said a fire engine was leaving scene and it appeared no one was being treated for serious injuries.

Met Police and London Ambulance Service have been contacted for more information.
