Man charged after bulldog puppy robbed at knifepoint in Orpington

Police have charged a man after a three-month-old puppy was snatched from his owners.

Spot the British bulldog was stolen at knifepoint on Tuesday, March 3 in Orpington.

Spot was taken from his owner in Orpington.

But the pup was found wandering the streets 35 miles away in Harlow in Essex on Thursday, March 5, and was safely returned to his owner.

The Met Police have charged Francis Zeta with robbery.

The 33-year-old of High Street, Plaistow, was remanded and is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court today.
