At this stage the condition of the person hit is not known.

Trains have been unable to travel via Woolwich on the line between London Bridge and Dartford as power had to be switched off to allow emergency services to respond.

The line is now reopening, but services will not call at Belvedere.

Operator Southeastern says it anticipates disruption will continue until around 2pm.
