CCTV released following assault in Broadway, Bexleyheath

Police have released CCTV footage following an assault which left a woman in hospital.

Officers were called by the London Ambulance Service at around 11.15pm on December 16 after she was found with a head injury outside a bar in Broadway, Bexleyheath.

The woman, aged in her 20s, was assaulted inside the bar following an altercation with another woman.

She was taken to hospital for treatment before being discharged.

The Met Police has now released a CCTV image of another woman they wish to speak to and identify in connection to the incident.

Detective constable Georgia Fair of the South East command unit said: “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the woman shown in this footage to get in contact.

“I am also appealing to anyone who was in the area around the Broadway, Bexleyheath, on the night of the December 16 and witnessed this incident to get in touch.”

There have been no arrests and inquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
