A weed dealer whose home was raided by police could be facing jail after admitting supplying the drug.
Officers found 2kg of the class B drug in a shed at Alfred Truni’s home in Orpington in November last year.
When they searched the 45-year-old’s home they also found £8,000 in cash.
Truni, of Cranleigh Close, Orpington, admitted possession of a class B drug with the intent to supply when he appeared in court in December.
At the time he denied another charge of possessing criminal property, namely the cash, but when he appeared at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (January 28), he changed his plea to guilty.
Deputy District Judge Nicola Fleck heard police found the cannabis at his home on November 30.
James Nichols, prosecuting, said: “Two kilos of cannabis were found in his shed and £8,000 was found in his home.
“We say it’s supplying for financial gain.”
Judge Fleck decided to order an all-options pre-sentencing report to be carried out on Truni before he is sentenced and adjourned the case until February 24.
Truni will appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on that day to hear his fate and was granted bail until that hearing.
