A man and woman were found with multiple stab wounds in the early hours of the morning.

Police were called to Chatterton Road in Bromley at around 5am following reports of an incident.

The London Ambulance Service accompanied officers who found a 40-year-old man with multiple stab wounds.

A 56-year-old woman was also found to have stab injuries.

They were both taken to hospital and their conditions are not believed to be life-threatening or changing.

The woman was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and police say an investigation has been launched.
