Two men have been arrested after a woman died following a hit-and-run at the weekend.
Officers were called to Blackfen Road in Sidcup just after midday on Saturday, November 6, to reports of a fatal collision.
A woman, who is thought to be aged 52, was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle which did not stop at the scene.
She was taken to a south London hospital after the London Ambulance Service and air ambulance treated her, but she died the following day.
The vehicle was traced on the same day of the collision and two men - aged 48 and 32 - were arrested on causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Both have been released under investigation while inquires are ongoing.
Detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation but are calling on anyone who witnessed the incident or has footage to come forward.
