Hayes remain a point clear of Minster at the top of the Kent League Premier Division after a six-wicket win over Bexley.

Aiden Griggs with 54 and George Haley on 59 scored half-centuries in Bexley's 219-8, William MacVicar and Alex Blake both taking 2-38.

The league leaders wobbled at 49-2, but Gareth Severin excelled with 95 and Tomas Gallagher hung around to help guide the hosts home with an unbeaten 53.

Minster hung on for a five-run win over Lordswood. Big hitting from Joseph Parry, who scored 102, and Kai Appleby, with 66, saw the Islanders end their innings on 258-7.

At 160-6 Lordswood still needed 99 runs but they went close, Jack Laraman in fine form. However when he was run out on 82 and Lords ran out of overs on 253-8.

Third-placed Blackheath got the better of bottom-of-the-table Beckenham by one wicket.

Three early wickets for Arafat Bhuiyan and one for Mahi Mahfuzul left Beckenham on 79-4, although James Fear proved far harder to dislodge, adding 55, before falling to Dipayan Paul.

Rob Clements was next-best scorer for the hosts with 32 as they completed their innings on 187-9.

Blackheath’s reply was anchored by opener George Wells, with 51, and No.6 Ross Richardson, who scored 61. Cheap wickets elsewhere gave Beckenham hope of a much-needed win but Jahid Ahmed struck the winning boundary with five overs remaining.

Tunbridge Wells were too good for Bickley Park, winning by six wickets.

Park's Safwaan Imitiaz scored 64, with No.7 Michael Ridley unbeaten on 30 in their total of 179 after 47 overs. Wells, however, chased down their target in the 40th over, Christian Davis their leading batsman on 56.

Sevenoaks defended 148 for a 17-run win over Sandwich Town.

Sandwich's Jan Gray took 5-22 to help restrict the visitors to 148 after 46.3 overs, James Logan's 55 the highlight, but Tom Chapman (42) aside, no one in the home line-up made a start with Gray (14) the next-best scorer as Sevenoaks claimed victory after 41.3 overs.
