Mark Goldberg's tenure in charge of Welling United has officially come to an end.
The Wings announced a new operational board in May which saw Paul Whitehead take over as chairman and Brett Smith made vice-chairman. The other members of the board are Howard Prosser, Garry Fiore and Matthew Mein.
Documents filed at Companies House now confirm Goldberg's exit and reveal that Prosser has significant control of the club, stating "the person holds, directly or indirectly, more than 25% but not more than 50% of the shares in the company."
Goldberg, who was previously chairman at Crystal Palace and manager at Bromley, took over at Park View Road at the end of the 2015/16 season.
The Wings narrowly avoided relegation to the Isthmian League at the end of last season, a home win over champions Maidstone securing their safety with one game to spare under new boss Warren Feeney, who has agreed a deal to remain in charge this season.
Welling, who had to cancel all their home pre-season matches, start life in National League South this season on August 6 with a trip to newly-promoted Taunton.
Their first home game is on August 13 against Worthing with tickets on sale now, priced £16 for adults, £11 for concessions and students and £8 for juniors with under-11s free.
