A 17-year-old boy was issued with an £80 fine and fixed penalty notice after he confronted and swore at a park keeper.

The incident happened in Dane John Gardens, Canterbury, on Monday.

The boy, from Canterbury, had been requested by the park keeper to stop playing football.

A police officer attended and the notice was issued under Section 5 of the Public Order Act.
