A busy stretch of the A2 is shut due to a car fire at Harbledown.

Police were called just after 2.30pm to reports of a vehicle fire on the coastbound carriageway following a collision with a car and a lorry.

Kent Fire & Rescue is at the scene attempting to extinguish the fire and recover the vehicle.

No injuries have been reported.
