A bogus plumber managed to trick his way into a house in Canterbury but left empty-handed after being challenged.
It happened at around 11.30am on Wednesday at a property in St Radigund's Place when the man claimed he was a plumber who had an appointment.
He managed to get upstairs in the property but left after being challenged about what he was up to.
Police say the intruder is aged in his mid-20s, dark-skinned with black hair. He was wearing a black jacket and trousers and a grey shirt.
