A bizarre ‘blossom’ which has appeared on a tree is baffling villagers.

Because dangling high in the branches of a conifer near Kingston, outside Canterbury, are six colourful bras.

But how they got there and what they are meant to symbolise is a mystery.

The bras mysteriously appeared in the tree

The carefully-placed lingerie was first spotted at Bonny Bush Hill, at least 20ft off the ground.

Parish council chairman Davina Martin is mystified as to why they are there.

“I would be interested to know what it is all about,” she said. “I suppose it could be a student prank or some kind of art installation.”
