Car stuck on the B2068 Stone Street in Lower Hardres near Canterbury after hitting tree

A car has been left precariously balanced on a steep verge after hitting a tree.

The crash happened on the B2068 Stone Street in Lower Hardres near Canterbury yesterday.

Emergency services were called at about 1.38pm, but no injuries have been reported.

The blue car is surrounded by police tape, and resting against a tree on the steep bank.

A spokesman for the force said: “We were called at 1.38pm yesterday to Stone Street, Canterbury following reports that a car had collided with a tree.
