CCTV image released after food shop raid near Canterbury Whitefriars

A CCTV image of a man has been released after a city centre food kiosk was raided.

Cash and other items were swiped from the small business between St George’s Lane and Canterbury Whitefriars.

Officers are investigating the burglary which happened at about 2.45am on Monday, January 15.

A police spokesman said: “An image of a man who may be able to assist enquiries has been released.”
