Police investigating a sex assault in Canterbury have released an e-fit of the suspect.

Officers were called just after 6am today to reports of a distressed woman in her late teens in the St Stephens area of the city.

The suspect is of Middle Eastern or Turkish appearance and was aged about 20.

He is 5ft 7ins tall and of chubby build, with black hair, which was shaved at the sides and longer on top.

His face was stubbly, and he was wearing a white T-shirt and dark jeans.
