We would like to apologise to the family and friends of Jack Manning from Sheldwich for publishing the wrong date for his funeral service.

The Faversham News said that it was due to take place today (Thursday, November 11).

In fact Jack’s funeral takes place next Thursday (November 18) at noon at Charing Crematorium.

We are sorry for any distress or confusion our error may have caused.
