A legal battle by a Kent football fan against extradition to Portugal returns to the High Court today.

In February, Garry Mann, from Faversham, was given a temporary reprieve after his case went all the way to Europe.

Mr Mann was given a two-year prison sentence for his alleged role in football-related violence in the Algarve resort of Albufeira during Euro 2004.

Mr Mann claims he had an unfair trial in Portugal.
