Romney Marsh man in serious condition after Canterbury crash in Redhouse Lane

A man in his 20s suffered serious injuries when his car crashed into a tree and overturned on a grass bank.
The driver, from Romney Marsh, was heading down Redhouse Lane, Canterbury, at 1.40am today, when his blue Honda Jazz came off the road.
He was taken to a London hospital by ambulance after firefighters performed first aid.
A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue said: "We were called to a road traffic collision involving one vehicle hitting a tree and rolling on to roof and finishing on side.
"Crews used air bags to lift car and create space to release male casualty. Crews performed first aid and assisted the ambulance service.
"Care of the casualty was left with the ambulance service."
