New initiative for Renault dealer

CANTERBURY Renault dealer, Driveline Renault, has become one of the first in the UK to be appointed a Renault Premier Centre.
The Premier Centre programme is a new initiative of services and facilities launched by Renault UK in the run-up to the arrival of a series of new Executive-class cars.
The first of Renault's top-of-the-range models is the Vel Satis went on sale recently at Driveline and will be followed by Avantime in May and the new Espace at the end of the year.
Driveline has created a dedicated area for executive customers in its Vauxhall Road showroom, where the new top-of-the-range models are displayed alongside a state-of-the-art interactive datacentre and consultation area.
Philippe Talou-Derible, managing director, Renault UK, said: "Renault knows that creating new executive cars offering an alternative to customers in this exclusive but growing customer market is only half the battle. In addition to selecting and owning a top-of-the-range car, customers also expect a particularly high level of service to make their experience as an owner stress-free."
He added: "Renault UK's solution is the Premier Centre programme for Vel Satis and Avantime customers, covering both purchase and ownership."
Richard Godden has been appointed to the newly-created role of relationship manager at Driveline. He explained: "The level of service offered by Driveline's Premier Centre is of the highest standard. I'm looking forward to introducing local motorists to the whole Premier Centre Experience, which begins with the purchase of a vehicle and continues as long as they own the car.”
