Teenager David Harris charged after teenager left fighting for life in Sainsbury's car park fall, Chestfield

An 18-year-old is due in court after a teenager was left fighting for his life after falling off a moving car.

David Harris, of The Poplars in Hersden, has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving after the incident on August 26 this year.

It comes after an 18-year-old from Canterbury tumbled off a black Peugeot 108 being driven around Sainsbury's car park in Chestfield.

The incident happened at Sainsbury's in Chestfield

He suffered serious head injuries and was taken to a London hospital.

Harris will appear at Canterbury Magistrates’ Court on September 16.
