Witness appeal after man is kicked and punched

POLICE are seeking witnesses after a 57-year-old man was seriously assaulted near the junction of Landsdown Road and Station Road East in Canterbury.

The victim, who lives in the city, was kicked and punched by a group of four men and suffered a broken nose. The incident occurred sometime between 1.30pm and 1.53pm on Wednesday, June 20.

The three white men and one black man, thought to be aged between 18-24, were wearing sports wear.
