Woman cut free after three-car crash in Littlebourne, near Canterbury

A woman has been cut free from her car after a serious crash in a high street.

Three cars collided in Littlebourne, near Canterbury, just before 8.30am this morning, leaving one vehicle flipped on its side.

Police, paramedics and three fire engines rushed to the scene, where fire crews stabilised the upturned car, before using using cutting equipment to remove the roof and rescue the driver.

She was then passed into the care of paramedics, with suspected minor injuries.

The ambulance service has been approached for more information.
