A POLICE helicopter searched along the River Stour on Friday in the hunt for missing builder Noel Cohen.

A fellow builder found the 38 year-old's white Ford Transit van at 7.30am on Tuesday morning, close to a development they were working at in Barton Mill Road.

It was unlocked and had some of his personal items, including his mobile phone, inside.

Mr Cohen is originally from Ireland and lives at Eltham in London.

He was last seen by his former partner at home on Saturday evening.

He is white, 5ft 7ins tall with a stocky build, blue eyes and short greying brown hair and has a gold front tooth.

When last seen he was wearing a navy blue fleece jacket, beige cotton shirt with dark square pattern, black trousers and black slip on shoes.
