A Bromley man has been charged with arson in Whitstable.

Four cars were burnt out and a fifth damaged during the incidents on March 9 and 10.

A Vauxhall Corsa was found burnt out in Valkyrie Avenue, while in the same road, a Ford Mondeo was also damaged.

A Vauxhall Cavalier and two Ford Fiestas were also burnt out in the Harwich Street car park.

Ricky Parker, 22, of Capstone Road, will appear before Canterbury Magistrates next Wednesday (July 8).
