A GARAGE at the rear of flats in Brymore Road, Canterbury, has been destroyed in an arson attack.

The blaze was started at about 8pm on Monday night. Two fire crews from Canterbury tackled the flames and prevented adjoining garages from severe damage.

Fire officers say the garage was used for storing furniture and the blaze had been started deliberately.
