Balaclava-clad thieves mug man of his wallet in Love Lane, Canterbury

Police are searching for two balaclava-clad thieves after a man was mugged and had his wallet stolen.

The victim, who is in his 20s, was walking near Canterbury city centre when he was approached by two men who asked him for his belongings.

The incident happened just before 10pm on Saturday in the Love Lane area.

It was reported the two suspects, who were described as black and both approximately 5ft 10ins tall, stole his wallet.

They were wearing all black clothing and black balaclavas.

Police would like to speak with anyone with information regarding the robbery or who might have CCTV or dashcam footage.
