The name’s Bond, James Bond – and you can be among the first to see the new 007 movie Quantum of Solace.
The Odeon cinema in Canterbury is hosting a charity gala screening in aid of the NSPCC on Tuesday, October 30, a day before the film goes on general release.
At 8pm there will be a Martini reception with a strict black tie dress code which even extends to the staff.
At 9pm the preview screening will start, and guests will be among the first to see Daniel Craig reprise his role as James Bond.
Quantum of Solace sees 007 seeking revenge for the death of his love, while fighting to stop an unscrupulous businessman from taking control of a struggling country’s water supply.
After the film there will be a party at a Canterbury venue with a prize draw with various Bond-related goodies on offer.
Standard seats are £20, while superior seats will be £25.
Tickets must be bought in cash from the box office. Call the cinema on 01227 453577 for more details.
