Firefighters used cutting equipment to free an injured woman from a car that crashed into a post beside a roundabout in Canterbury last night.
It happened at the junction of Kingsmead Road and St Stephen's Road at about 8pm.
Firefighters cut the roof off her Ford Focus so she could be treated by paramedics and safely removed from the vehicle on a spinal long board.
The victim, who is believed to be in her 50s, was then taken to hospital by land ambulance.
The severity of her injuries is not known.
