Canterbury ladies produced a fine display to extend their unbeaten run in Investec National League Premier Division after a 5-5 draw at Reading on Sunday afternoon.
New South African import Jade Mayne scored two early goals to put the city club in front, with Sarah Kerly's strike making it 3-1.
However, it was 3-3 at half-time with the hosts scoring from Jess Brooker, Susie Gilbert and Sam Quek.
Nikki Triggs put Canterbury back in front 10 minutes into the second half, only for the home side to level at 4-4 on 53 minutes through Emma Thomas.
Lucy Hyams (pictured) looked to have won it for Canterbury nine minutes from time but Brooker struck her second for Reading two minutes later to earn a share of the spoils.
Canterbury's men continued their superb start to the National Premier Division season with a 4-2 win at Reading on Sunday to move joint-top of the table.
Nat Joy put the city club ahead on eight minutes and an own-goal from the Berkshire side made it 2-0 to the visitors, only for Reading to register goals from Jonny Codling and Andy Watts on 23 and 28 minutes to level the scores before the break.
However, after the interval, Kwan Browne and Ross Gilham-Jones struck to earn Canterbury the points and make it four wins from five games.
