Canterbury teams prepare to do battle in KM Big Quiz county final

Top teams from Canterbury will be
battling it out for the champion’s trophy at the KM Big Quiz county
final next month.

Winners of the heat at Kent
University earlier this year will compete against triumphant
teams from south Kent, Maidstone and Medway at the event on Sunday,
December 6.

All proceeds of the Big Quiz final, which is being held at
the Ashford International Hotel, will be going to the children’s
road safety department of the KM Charity Team.

One of the raffle prizes up for
grabs at the the event will be a full-size Yamaha keyboard donated
by Lee McIntosh and Becky Dolby County Music, of Castle Street,
Canterbury (pictured left).

It is the perfect starter for
keyboard tuition within school and has 100 pre set rhythms, 134
additional sounds, and a built-in tutor.

Mr McIntosh said: “County Music is
delighted to support the county final of the KM Big Quiz. This is a
great event at the heart of the community.”
