A 69-year-old man died after his car was involved in a collision on a petrol station forecourt in a Kent city.

The victim is reported to have collapsed outside his car following the minor accident at the Esso garage in Sturry Road, Canterbury, on Saturday morning.

He was taken to Kent and Canterbury Hospital but later died from what is believed to be natural causes.

The Kent Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit examined the scene.
