A woman has been taken to hospital after a car smashed into a house.
Police, paramedics and firefighters were called to the scene in Zealand Road in Canterbury.
A Peugeot 307 reversed into the front of a house, causing damage.
The driver is thought to have fallen ill at the wheel. She was unconscious when emergency crews arrived.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 11.25am on Monday, April 30 to a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision in Zealand Road, Canterbury.
"A Peugeot 307 was in collision with a house. No injuries were reported but the driver, a woman believed to be in her 70s is being taken to hospital as a precaution."
An ambulance service spokesman said the patient was checked over at the scene before being taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
It comes as the county is hit with torrential rain and strong winds, causing treacherous road conditions.
