Angry residents have been left without water for more than 10 hours after a pipe burst.
The leak in Bluebell Woods Caravan Park in Broad Oak, Canterbury, started at about 10am - leaving dozens of people without a supply.
Contractors from South East Water are working to fix the 12-inch main - but it does not expect the repairs to be completed until 11pm.
Furious dad-of-three Ed Targett, from Sturry, told KentOnline: "It's been 10 hours with no water - and not a sausage from them.
"I'm pretty disappointed that South East Water can't be bothered to contact its customers when water has been completely cut off because it's not maintaining its infrastructure properly: it's fast enough when it's warning them to reduce use.
"It's clearly not putting the work and investment in to make sure its infrastructure is up to scratch. At the absolute minimum, it could update its website with an estimated fix time, rather than leaving people high and dry."
Another Sturry resident, Sandra Harris, said: "Parts of Sturry still have no water some 12 hours later.
"We are unable to flush the toilet or wash our hands and we are in a pandemic where washing hands is a priority."
"I live in Deansway Avenue and we are still without water. Some families have young children.
"We are unable to flush the toilet or wash our hands and we are in a pandemic where washing hands is a priority.
"No offer of water given to us from South East Water. Totally unacceptable."
South East Water initially hoped to complete the repairs in Sturry by 7pm.
It says the burst main has caused "a small number" of customers to have low levels of pressure in their taps or no water at all.
Head of operations Nick Bell said: “Around 30 customers have reported having no water and we have delivered bottled water to residents of the Bluebell Woods park.
“We are really sorry for the disruption and would like to assure customers we are working hard to fix the pipe as quickly and safely as possible.
“In the meantime, we are re-routing water around our network to restore drinking water to as many customers as possible."
Leaks have also been reported in four parts of Sturry - Field Way, Island Road, Chestnut Drive and Hillbrow Avenue.
