Experienced striker Danny Hockton is set for a coaching role at Faversham Town next season.
The 33-year-old forward will work alongside boss Ray Turner and coach Clive Walker, as well as continuing as a player at Salters Lane.
Turner said: "Danny is very experienced, having done virtually everything in non-league football, and I want to keep him at the club."
Striker Adrian Stone has already committed himself to the club for next season, and Turner also wants to retain the services of Nicky Humphrey, Matt Bourne "our stand-out player over the last couple of seasons," and former Maidstone defender James Peacock.
Faversham complete their Ryman League Division 1 South campaign at home to Corinthian Casuals on Saturday.
Teenage reserve team striker Nicky Moir looks set to be given his chance, with Faversham looking for the win, which should see them finish above local rivals Whitstable Town.
Turner gave Daniel Delaney his league debut, and used another youngster, Mobolaji Dawodu, as a second-half substitute in the 3-1 defeat against title-chasers Dulwich Hamlet, in front of more than 500 at their Champion Hill ground last Saturday.
