David Knight, of Rough Common, charged with drink driving after crash at Broad Oak

A 30-year-old man has been charged with drink driving after a one-car accident in Broad Oak.

David Knight, of Oaks Park, Rough Common, was arrested after the accident in Shalloak Road at 9pm on Saturday.

Police had been called after a silver Mitsubishi pick-up left the road.

No one was injured.

Knight has been bailed and is due to appear at Canterbury Magistrates' Court on August 19.
