A former kmfm presenter has died suddenly aged 44.
Mark Benson, who worked at the Kent station until four years ago, had most recently been a drivetime host on Sunshine Radio.
He was found yesterday by police after what his brother said was "a long battle with his inner demons".
The former Canterbury High School pupil had worked in radio for nearly three decades, starting at Canterbury Hospital Radio, near where he grew up.
From there he worked at Radio Top Shop and moved on to various stations throughout the country, including kmfm, Invicta Radio and BRfm.
He also worked in Dubai, and had a keen interest in wrestling, where he was known as Dynamic Domino.
Writing on Facebook, his brother said: "It is with much sadness that I have to announce that My Brother Mark was sadly found dead yesterday.
"For some time he has been battling his inner demons and over the weekend he has finally has lost the war.
"He was much loved by all those that came across him and will be very sadly missed by many
"RIP Mark, sleep well little brother, I will always love you and hope you are finally at peace xxxxxx."
