A former Faversham firefighter WILL be extradited to Portugal to serve a sentence for football rioting at Euro 2004.

Garry Mann, 51, of Beaumont Davy Close, Faversham, now has 17 days to return to the country.

He can appeal in the next seven days but if he doesn't police have ten days to make sure he is sent back to Porutgal.
