Family and friends ‘desperate’ to have missing Canterbury man Luke Brown back for Christmas

A desperate plea to find a missing man has been made as family and friends want him home for Christmas.

Luke Brown was last seen in the early hours of Thursday, December 5 in the Hales Place area of Canterbury.

He is since believed to have been in the Chilham and Godmersham areas.

Police are concerned for the 31-year-old’s welfare.

He is described as having a long beard and long hair he wears in a ponytail.

Luke was last seen wearing a navy blue quilted coat, black T-shirt, dark blue jogging bottoms and Caterpillar boots.

He has tattoos on his left arm and leg and may also be carrying a navy blue and burgundy rucksack.

Sergeant Jay Langshaw said: “Luke has been missing for more than a fortnight now and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“With Christmas approaching there are family and friends of Luke’s who are desperate to hear from him, so we would encourage him to get in touch if he reads this to let us and them know he is okay.”
