Faversham manager Ray Turner will have three new faces in his squad for the Ryman League, Division 1 South derby against Folkestone at Salters Lane on Saturday.
Defender Ashley Ulph has arrived from Whitstable and, with former Gillingham youngster Josh Sargeant, joins midfielder Sam Robinson, who has yet to kick a ball for his new club since coming from Merstham.
Boss Turner, pictured, said: "Josh has been around the club for a couple of weeks and is an interesting character.
"He is 20, and was at Margate and Folkestone but has been out of football for a while and approached me looking for a chance.
"The people at Gills had high hopes for him at one stage. He has got a good technique and looks comfortable on the ball.
"Ashley has come to us looking for regular first-team football, but I have made him no promises. He can play in a few different positions, right and left-back, can also do a job in midfield and his fitness levels are good.
"Sam hasn’t featured yet because of the weather but I think he will start on Saturday."
Faversham are looking for their first win of 2012 against Invicta, the third meeting between the teams this season. The visitors won 3-2 in the Kent Senior Cup and the league meeting at Cheriton Road ended in a goalless draw four days later.
