Canterbury: Fire in Drying Shed Lane

A woman was treated by medics after a fire broke out this afternoon.

Firefighters were called to an oven fire at a property in Drying Shed Lane, Canterbury, just after 5pm.

A woman was given oxygen therapy for the effects of breathing in smoke.

Fire crews left the scene after about 20 minutes.
