A pervert caused alarm when he exposed himself near a children's play park.
The flasher targeted the lone woman as she walked along a wooded path leading from Rheims Way to Whitehall Road in Canterbury.
She then fled to the nearby Toddlers Cove children's play area, where she asked a member of the public to call police.
The suspect made off through the Toddler's Cove car park towards Whitehall Road.
The incident, which happened at about 10am on Friday, is the fifth indecent exposure to be reported in the city in the past month.
Police say they are keeping an "open mind" as to whether it is linked to the other incidents in the Stuppington Lane and Cockering Road areas.
PC Michael Larkin said: "The offender is described as being aged between 20 and 25 years old and was white with very pale skin.
"He was about 6ft 3in tall and of a thin build. He had a southern accent and was wearing a black shiny padded jacket with the hood up and grey or black tracksuit bottoms.
"This was an upsetting incident for the victim and we are keen to identify the offender.
"We are urging anyone who was in the Toddler's Cove area of Canterbury that morning or who recognises the description of the man to contact us."
Patrols have been stepped up in the area and anyone who sees any suspicious activity is asked to call 101 or 999 if a crime is in progress.
If you recognise the description or have information, call police on 01843 222289 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting ZY/18240/16.
